We recently published research from a study aiming to understand the representative and unbiased perceptions of workplace satisfaction within the cultural visitor-serving sector. That research includes both exhibit-based organizations (e.g., museums, zoos, aquariums, gardens, etc.) and performance-based organizations (e.g., symphonies, ballets, theaters, etc.).
